Location. Homey feeling from nice and helpful staffs, cleanliness of the room. Safety from only one entrance which will be locked from times to times. 24 hours front desk right in front of the lift.

I loved the location and the towel warmers

Perfect location for a week working at the Louvre, a very short walk away. Surrounded by delicious Japanese and Korean cafes and restaurants for dinner, very popular and very good, and a short walk to the usual Starbucks, Pret and Cojean for takeaway lunches for work (or post-work coffee!). Also well-placed for a few other sights, including BnF, very nearby and well worth a visit. My room was small, but this is expected for central Paris - more importantly, it was cosy, clean and quiet with great wifi, a small desk for my laptop, a nice hot shower and comfy bed. Staff exceptionally kind and helpful. A good breakfast selection with freshly made eggs available. I really enjoyed my stay and would return to this hotel if work brings me back again.

Great location, close to sites or to transport. The staff was fantastic- welcoming, made you feel comfortable. They went out of their way to help, whether it was providing an electric adaptor or recommending a good place to eat. Great breakfast including made to order eggs. I would definitely stay there again!
